Short description
CEMÉA is a militant New Education movement that relies on continuous practice in pedagogical research and experimentation to act in education as a vector for social transformation. It fights against all forms of obscurantism and works for an egalitarian society based on diversity, justice and individual and collective emancipation.
CEMÉA trains youth leaders and coordinators, socio-cultural workers, after-school care workers, early childhood professionals as well as teachers. They organise holiday breaks and camps. They offer militant spaces for thinking together and practice activities, as well as publications.
